Hadj Khelil
Founder and CEO - BIGmama technology & Bionoor
📍 Algiers, Paris and the world

My name is Hadj Khelil, and I'm an entrepreneur, author, teacher, columnist, TED speaker, and proud father.
My journey has taken me from the City of London to the oases of Algeria, where I founded Bionoor, a pioneer in organic dates and fair trade, and then to Paris and Algiers with BIGmama Technology, an ethical AI company. With our flagship product, Hyko.ai, we design intelligent agents capable of learning and amplifying human capabilities rather than replacing them.
Today, I spend my days imagining the AI product of tomorrow, designing its architecture, orchestrating technological choices, solving the most complex technical challenges, leading and guiding our engineers, and mobilizing the best coders.
At the same time, I've learned to look at entrepreneurship, organic farming, and AI from a different perspective: that of meaning.
This is what led me to teach at Sciences Po Paris, to speak at TEDx events, to write for Les Échos, to appear on BFM Business, and to publish Super-Papillon, my first book.
My journey also led me to found the Connex'Cités association, a citizen-led initiative where I used my skills and network to connect talented individuals from the suburbs with business leaders and students from prestigious universities.
I deeply believe in a hybrid intelligence, where humans and machines complement each other, and where technology remains at the service of our autonomy, our creativity, and our humanity.
